one of the many things i find disturbing about this film is…. the inmates/patients are naked! which is the same thing they did at Bedlam hospital in the UK.

    1. The majority of the staff were smoking, which was normal for the time….and they had a very ‘us’ and ‘them’ attitude towards the patients…I don’t think the military type uniforms helped either.

      1. i worked as an art therapist…so i was outsider…often i voiced what i saw as injustices to the ppl i worked with…and yes the hierarchies create divisions…ones i didn’t always agree with as an advocate…have a snappy day Gavin! 🙂 smiles
