my top 10 albums…

…in no particular order.

All of these albums I’ve listened to so many times, I wouldn’t be able to count.

‘How Men Are’ – Heaven 17. 1984

I know all the lyrics off by heart.

‘Tempovision’ – Etienne de Crecy. 2000

smooth, funky and oh so amazing.

‘Walking Wounded’ – Everything But the Girl. 1996

Brilliant songs. brilliant music. so smooth and so soulful.

‘Thursday Afternoon’ – Brian Eno. 1985

I’ve listened to this album ‘literally’ thousands of times.
…and I only have 25 Brian Eno albums. LOL

‘Ultra’ – Depeche Mode. 1997

I know all the lyrics on this album too.

‘Manfon’ – David Sylvian. 2009

David Sylvian at his best. (IMO)

‘Wave’ – Antonio Carlos Jobim. 1967

I love  Antonio Carlos Jobim, and this is my fave album of his.

‘The Hours’ – Philip Glass. 2002

both the film and the soundtrack are brilliant.

‘Ascenseur pour l’échafaud’ – Miles Davis. 1957

this is my fave Miles album. i used to be really into him, but not so much these days. These days I prefer Chet Baker…

‘Explorations’ – Bill Evans. 1961

i used to really be into Herbie Hancock, but prefer Bill these days.

      1. Hmm… They would change on a day to day basis, but at any point can include:
        Pet Shop Boys – Very
        Erasure – Wild!
Kylie Minogue – Kylie Minogue (1993)
        Interstellar (OST)
Alanis Morisette – Jagged Little Pill (Acoustic)
        Years & Years – Communion
        Hunter Hayes – Hunter Hayes

        The list is pretty endless!
